If your entry includes a vehicle, you are required to provide the following documents. You can upload them with your registration (recommended), or drop-off before December 1, 2026, at the City of Lincoln Administration Office at 508 Broadway Street, Lincoln, Illinois.

Terms & Conditions

WALKING & RIDING

All participants must walk, or ride on/in a vehicle during the parade, and remain walking or riding during the entire parade.

JUDGING

All eligible entries will be judged during the parade by a select panel of Elves. A winner will be selected and a trophy awarded for each of the following categories:

Best Use of Christmas Lights
Most Christmas Spirit
Santa's Choice

RULES & RESTRICTIONS

Only registered and accepted parade entries are allowed to participate.
Entry deadline is November 26, 2026 at 5:00pm CT.
Entries will only be accepted using the online form.
NO Santas are allowed on any entry. The official parade Santa will be in the last entry.
All vehicle entries are required to have lights for safety.
All vehicle entries are required to submit proof of insurance and a valid drivers license.
NO THROWING CANDY FROM VEHICLES!
Inappropriate actions or displays will not be tolerated.
The Parade Officials reserve the right to reject or remove any entry for any reason and at any time, including during the parade.
All entries must be in-line by 6:00pm.
